Dist. #7 Cattlewomen recently had a Beef Promotion Project for the 2010 Father's Day. Nancy Bernstein, Walcott, was the Chairman. Nancy contacted three radio stations in the area, KBMW in Wahpeton, KFGO in Fargo and KQLX in Lisbon to do the promotion. Four $25 Beef Gift Certificates were given to each station to give away on either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before Father's Day. Each time it was announced on the station, the 7th caller would receive the $25 certificate for Beef. It was a big success. The stations did not keep a list of the winners, so none are available for this notice.
