The Harold Krueger’s went to Mora, MN, to watch their kids and four grandkids ski in the Mini-Toppet on Saturday, February 13th, as well as the big International Vasaloppet on Sunday, February 14th, where all the participants are timed. Those of our family skied in the 13K race. Dan came in at 1 hour and 17 minutes. His Dad Steve came in at 1:32:37 out son, Kip came in at 1:25:40 while grandson Noah came in at 1:34:10 and Melanie and friend Patti came at 1:34:34. We also celebrated Harold’s birthday. Visiting at the home of Robert and Maria Bartholomay were Maria’s family, Leo and Anita Schindler, Monica Schindler, all of Barnesville and Vicky Heille of Fargo.
The weather here has been nice and warm, and melting but no snow and we are wondering where the sun is? Haven’t seen it in a long time.

Peggy (Salzwedel) Emerson and Elvina (Buchholz) Morgel and her husband CJ from Mesa, AZ, drove up to Peoria, AZ, to visit with her cousin Tiny (Fey) Oeder. They had a very good visit. Elvina hadn't seen Tiny for about 50 years and Peggy hadn't seen her for about 60 years. Later in the week Peggy and Elvina met and had lunch with Ann (Mousey) Parsley. We also had a lot of catching up to do.
